Guest satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee our hair services with the usage of professional products purchased from Bella Salon & Spa. Should any problems arise, please notify us within one (1) week of service date. We will gladly correct any concerns as refunds will not be given.
In the unfortunate event that a guest arrives 15 mins or later for a salon appointment, please be aware that we cannot guarantee your services will be performed that day.
Effective March 1st, 2025, we will require all guests to have a debit/credit card on file. Credit cards are securely stored in Meevo, with only a token, expiration date, and last four digits saved. Your actual card data is handled by our trusted processor to protect your privacy. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the services booked.
After two (2) no-show appointments or three (3) cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be required to pay a non-refundable full-service charge when requesting your next appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all salon and spa appointment cancellations.
Specialty services and packages must be reserved with a credit card and require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours may be subject to a non-refundable 50% charge.
Salon & Spa retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a retail credit. No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail purchases.
Bella Salon & Spa Service Providers pricing are based on a performance-based level system. Service prices vary according to level system experience.
Service animals are required to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash or local personal checks. Please be aware we have a $30 return check fee.
Prices do not reflect gratuities. We apologize for any inconvenience but tips cannot be added to credit cards. For your convenience, an ATM is available in the salon if needed.
Most spa services require the removal of all jewelry and some clothing. Bella will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Live streaming of our employees and/or services are against our company standards policy without permission.
We are securing all NEW guest appointments with a credit card deposit which is non-refundable. If your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, it will be applied to a future appointment.
Guests that have not received a spa service within the last business year will be required to pay a booking deposit to schedule. If your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, it will be applied to a future appointment.
